Abutilon incanum  Pelotazo
SUBSHRUB.  Erect, woody stem with grayish, fuzzy, toothed heart-shaped leaves.  Most of the leaves are the same size and are smaller than other Abutilon species.  Flowers are yellowish-orange, orange, pink, or white, always with a red spot at the base of each petal.  Petals are shiny.  Sepals are shorter than petals.  Seedpods have 5 (rarely 4) carpels with blunt tips.  In the Empires, occasional on dry rock outcrops.  Blooms all summer.
