Astrolepis sinuata
XEROPHYTIC FERN.  Leaves dark green, pinnate.  Leaflets have 5 to 9 distinct, equal lobes.  Leaves speckled with white star-shaped scales on upper surface, and covered with overlapping tan fringed scales below.  Grows on any rock type.  In the Empires, fairly common in a variety of rocky sites with partial shade.
