Eriophyllum lanosum  Desert Woolly Daisy
Very short (up to 6 cm), with narrow leaves and small daisylike flowers on sprawling fuzzy stems.  Blooms March-April.  In the Empires, uncommon in coarse gravel in desert grassland and desert scrub.
