Hymenothrix wisizeni
PERENNIAL.  Most of the leaves are in a basal rosette.  Leaves are light green to bluish green and dissected into many rounded lobes.  Entire plant is slightly sticky-hairy.  Flowers in clusters at the top of a tall, semi-woody stem that grows to about 1 m tall.  Disc florets are golden yellow.  Bright yellow ray florets may or may not be present.  Most plants bloom in late summer after rains.  Very common on any kind of bare, gravelly ground.
